Sociopaths have anti social personality. They are self centred & often disregard others. They lack remorse for their bad behaviour and have less or no empathy. They have win-lose mentality and desire for control. Surviving them is very easy. Avoid aggression. Catch them when they are doing right. Praise for their good behaviour. Never pass on judgemental feedback to them. Do not focus on their negativity. Get along to show them win-win situation. Blaming them feeds them. Stop blaming them and their power supply will cut off.
