Lack of transparency is caused by any hidden agenda which also is potentially a seed for corruption. Corruption bites when starts doing collateral damage to the innocence around. The indulgence for tolerance of this damage incubates corruption over a time which ultimately results in a dysfunctional system, thereby making an environment that suffocates some good non-corrupt people. The answer is, Yes. You should quit at earliest. The world has many better things to offer. Staying in a corrupt system sucks your blood & feeds corrupts. Don’t become their feeder. Walk out at once!
